Our office staff works hard to ensure patient comfort and convenience. To help you better understand our office operations, we have included the information you need about our hours, locations, appointments, insurance acceptance and billing below.

  • Appointments

    You can call 843-757-8663 during business hours to schedule an appointment.


    We do these visits:  

    • Well Child  
    • Sick Child (When Available)  
    • Follow up  
    • ADHD/Behavioral Consultations  
    • Sports Physicals  
    • Newborn care  

    We encourage booking well child visits several weeks in advance.


    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance so that we can reserve the time for another child.


    If you are running late, please notify our office. We will do our best to fit you in; and in some cases, we may need to reschedule.


    For urgent questions after hours, our on-call doctor is available by phone. Please call the office and press the appropriate prompts.


    Please bring to your appointment:  

    • Insurance Card  
    • Photo ID  
    • Current Medication List  
    • Any forms you need completed  
    • Custody documents (if needed)  

    We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment.


    If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment.

  • After Hours

    For urgent concerns after hours (nights, weekends, holidays), our on call doctor is available by phone. Please call the office and press the appropriate prompts.

  • Insurance and Billing

    We Accept Most Insurance Carriers


    Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for the co-pay and any previous balance at the time of the visit. If you have Medicaid as a secondary insurance, you must provide us with your primary commercial insurance at the time of your visit. If your child is uninsured or out of network, you will be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.


    We accept most major commercial insurances, including:

    • United Health Care
    • Cigna
    • Ambetter

    Also, most South Carolina Medicaid programs:

    and many others, please call the office or check with your insurance provider to verify

  • Payments

    After your insurance processes your claim, any deductible, co-insurance, or non-covered charges will be billed to you.

    You may pay by check or credit card using the enclosed envelope, or call our office with your credit card information.

    We kindly ask that you pay your balance promptly.


    Co-pays and any unpaid balances, if not already recieved will be collected during your childs visit.
