Dr. Allison Koepke is a board-certified pediatrician with over 15 years of experience in both general outpatient pediatric care and hospital-based newborn care. In 2022, she moved to the beautiful state of South Carolina after leaving a private practice in Indianapolis, where she was a partner for more than 14 years. While she misses the amazing families she served there, she is thrilled to now call Bluffton home.

Dr. Koepke graduated magna cum laude from DePauw University in 2000, where she was a four-year starter on the volleyball team and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2004, then completed a fast-paced and challenging three-year pediatrics residency at IU in 2007. She was subsequently selected to serve as Pediatric Chief Resident, where she taught, supported, and coordinated schedules for 143 pediatric residents. A career-long member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Koepke shares its dedication to promoting the physical, mental, and social health of infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.

Dr. Koepke feels privileged to help families navigate every stage of their children’s lives and treasures the smiles and hugs she receives along the way. She provides comprehensive, evidence-based care with compassion and a personal touch. Her areas of passion include newborn care and supporting the mental health of adolescents.

Outside of the office, Dr. Koepke enjoys making memories in the Lowcountry with her husband of 22 years and their two sons, ages 15 and 12. She loves exploring the area’s natural beauty on walks with her husband and their dog, as well as on bike rides with her boys. Much of her time is devoted to encouraging and supporting her sons in their academic, athletic, and musical endeavors.
